The programmes listed below are offered annually or in some cases several times a year. If you missed the deadline for submitting your application this time, you can try the next application round. It is therefore worth checking here and with the companies every now and then. 

Social Bee gGmbH

The free qualification program is aimed at refugee women with any asylum status and migrants with benefits from the job center who want to get into care. After completing the four-month qualification, there is a chance of permanent employment in nursing (from €14.15/hour) or training as a nursing assistant.

Our other qualification programs, for which we are looking for female applicants (also outside of Berlin), are also interesting:


Retail: Entry into retail (two-month further training incl. German course with IKEA) in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt


FemaleAccelerator: 13-month qualification in project management for women with a degree or office experience in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt


Audit: For applicants who already have a have recognized economic studies and want to work at EY in auditing in Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt


Albatros gGmbH

Our department has been carrying out employment and qualification measures on behalf of the employment agencies and job centers in Berlin since 2004. The measures create an offer for people with support needs according to SGB II, combined with the primary goal of introduction and integration into the labor market or a form of employment.


The basic ideas with regard to the joint work with the participants are both "support and challenge", as well as creativity and courage to break new ground. When implementing measures, we are guided by successfully tested and complementary working methods that are tailored to the individual requirements of the participants.

The youstartN program of the Education Foundation supports young people with an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to sustainability. youstartN awards between 500 and 1,000 euros for creative start-up ideas or existing student or trainee companies and cooperatives who want to make a contribution to sustainability. We motivate you to think broadly about the concept of sustainability; whether social, cultural, ecological or economic dimension - the main thing is sustainable.
